Construction Manager
​Mike, a veteran of over 40 years in the trade, brings a builder's and carpentry's background and meticulous attention to detail to every project. Known for his flawless execution, Mike ensures that every job is completed to the highest standard.
Wendy Liu
Account Manager
Wendy brings over 10 years of management experience, with strong skills in administration, client relationships and organisational management. She plays an important role in managing accounts, coordinating day-to-day operations and supporting the team to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

Harry (Harsh) Patel
Project Manager
With a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and hands-on experience in the construction industry, Harry brings a strong blend of technical knowledge and practical expertise to every project. As a Project Manager, his strengths include cost estimation, project scheduling, trade coordination, and overseeing projects from planning through to completion, with a focus on quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
Preet Patel
Graduate Construction Manager
With a background in architecture and a Master’s in Construction Management, Preet brings a strong combination of design knowledge and technical construction understanding. At Crosskeys Built, he contributes across project coordination, commercial management, design development and construction delivery, supporting projects from early planning through to completion.
Drew (Dhruv) Sharma
Construction Estimator
Drew combines his Civil Engineering background and Master’s degree in Construction Management with strong expertise in construction costing and estimating. His attention to detail and understanding of construction processes help ensure accurate, competitive and well-planned project estimates. He works closely with the project team to develop practical solutions and support successful project delivery from the early planning stages.
