Marketing & Promotions

Promotions and offers are available only to clients aged 18 or older.  Offers are valid only for new and existing clients who meet the specific criteria outlined in the promotion.  Promotions may be limited by geographic location, service type, or project size. 

Offers are valid only during the promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

• In case of cancellation, benefits already redeemed will remain valid, but future redemptions may be suspended.

By participating in promotions, clients agree to the use of their name, photo, or testimonial for marketing purposes (with consent where required by law).  These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

Crosskeys Built Ptyt Ltd and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the use of their site.
